Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/archive/2010/12/01/standardizing-html6-through-the-w3c-my-trip-to-tpac-2010.aspx
2. Middle click on the link "HTML6: HTML + SVG + CSS"
3. Wait a while and try and scroll down
4. Switch over the tab
Actual Results:  
The plugin content is scrolled instead of the active tab.
