Details

It should be possible to get a bug-specific display from the main page, by entering a bug number.  This would make it easier for people to investigate the history of a specific known bug without having to try to find an occurrence of it in the UI first.
Fixed this along with bug 619826.  You do have to go to the Bug Details view first, which I hope is acceptable.
