Does this work fine with 3.6.13?
Also, could you see if the issue occurs...
- With a new, empty profile:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile
- Using the latest nightly:
http://nightly.mozilla.org/
Thanks!

Could you try changing the user agent string to see if it's the website incorrectly detecting the new Firefox version.
To do this, please:
1) Using Firefox 4b7 or the latest nightly, open about:config in a new tab
2) Right click in the middle and choose: New -> String
3) In the first box that pops up, enter:
general.useragent.override
4) In the second box that pops up, enter:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13
5) Close about:config
6) Visit: http://whatsmyuseragent.com/ to check that your user agent now says "3.6.13"
7) Repeat the steps in comment 0.
To reset the user agent back to normal:
1) Go to about:config
2) Type general.useragent.override in the filter box
3) Right click the entry that shows up and press reset
4) Confirm your user agent is back to normal, using: http://whatsmyuseragent.com/
Thanks!

Have you had a chance to follow the steps in comment 5?
Does updating to the latest nightly (since the last attempt) help at all?
Thanks!

Closing incomplete due to lack of reply.
Please reopen after seeing comment 5 through 7, if this still occurs with the Firefox 4.0 final release:

Meant to add, this is possibly related to bug 633113, but without further information (eg a copy of any error messages shown in the console), can't say for sure, so leaving as INCO.
