User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13

Clicking on the "Track" button on page
http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=us produces no response. This worked in FF prior to the most recent run of security updates. It still works with MSIE8 using identical (cut and paste) tracking number.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to page "http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=us"
2.Enter a valid tracking number in the field provided.
3.Click on "Track".
Actual Results:
Nothing happens (No change in the display). The package tracking information is NOT displayed.

Expected Results:
The package tracking information is displayed.

Still works in MSIE 8. Recent, fresh re-install of WinXP SP3 from Dell re-installation CD. FF3.6.x is the only version installed. The MSIE 8 update was performed after installing FF.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

Thanks for the tips. I have isolated the problem to the Ghostery 2.4.2 add-on.

Does this report automatically go to them or must I initiate a new one at their site?
