Searching work_time should search the total time on the bug, not the time on an individual comment

Right now, searching by work_time in the Boolean Charts finds bugs where an individual comment contains that amount of work time. This doesn't make all that much sense and doesn't seem that useful. Instead, what would be actually useful would be to search the total amount of time spent on the bug--something that we can already display as a column. This should also fix the burning tip xt/ boxen.

This fixes almost every single broken work_time test in the xt/search.t test.
