Details

I am unable to find updates on the test channel.  applied app.partner.test = test and set the timers to something around 2 minutes.  Here are my logs.

Repro:
1) installed 4.0b2 fennec
2) configured update channel to app.partner.test = "test"
3) go to About:home and click check for updates
4) verify no updates found.  go to error logs and see the above

Expected:
- 4.0b3 updates should be found

- none
