For a particular orange, Orange Factor should display which slave the
orange occured on.

This patch adds 'machinename' and 'starttime' to orange lists in ES queries.  This will allow someone to add the slave name to the bug list table.  I've included 'starttime' since it's needed to link the 'bug' and 'testrun' tables together for other work, even though it isn't needed for this specific issue.

does eslib support this?  we also need tomodify the front end code to display this.

Yes, this already works in eslib.  Now just the front end code needs to be updated.
one issue with this is the slavename is in the testrun query vs the bybug or other queries.  I would like to see a list of the place in the front end that we plan on displaying this machinename.
