Attached patch PatchSplinter Review
Steps to reproduce:
 * go to http://www.vingtetun.org/tmp/forms.html
 * click on a select element where you can see multiple rows
 * wait for the form helper to appear
 * click on a select option directly into the content by bypassing the chrome UI

Actual result:
 * content option is selected and the change is not reflected into the chrome UI

Expected result:
 * content option is selected and the "mirror" chrome option is selected too

Patch

I'm a little worried about people clicking to "activate" the select UI and getting an item selected. We shall see.
