certutil should have a way to specify cert extensions on command line

Details
When creating a certficate using certutil, there is no way around having to make
some input manually.
When creating a certificate, only the fact that various certificate extensions
should be present can be specified on the command line, but not their contents.
These are requested from the user on stdin, and the user interface is
non-intuitive and ugly.
Therefore, certificate creation using certutil really cannot be automated.
