I've downloaded a candidate build for beta 8 (signed win32 - 2010-12-15 16:07:00). There's a problem with localization in it. You get a mix of 3+ languages: most of the build is in polish but things like:
"New tab"
almost all addon manager locale
"Options" label from fx button is in english
Bookmarks > "Show all bookmarks" is in english
parts of "Bookmarks" and "History" are in wrong language aswell

There could be more ofcourse...

1. Open addon manager

There is bug 619258 for broken l10n candidates due to missing env variable but don't know if related.
