If the browser is closed down showing the result of a POST then, on restart, a GET
will be sent for the same page.

1. Tools/Options/Startup "show my windows and tabs from last time"
2. Goto http://www.bris.ac.uk/test/ccjpb/sessionstore1.html
3. Enter data and press return
4. Restart browser
