The live chat page is giving everyone the message "There was an error checking the queue", preventing anyone from opening a live chat. This seems to be due to the queue-status proxy returning a 503 error:

zzxc@matthew-laptop:~$ wget http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/chat/queue-status

This was working until this morning; the expected output is a recent copy of https://chat-support.mozilla.com:9091/plugins/fastpath/workgroup-stats?workgroup=support
This started working again about ~25 minutes after I filed the bug. I'm leaving the bug open (with lower severity) until we can find out what happened, since it forced live chat to remain closed for a scheduled shift.
