I think it would be a good idea to have a step between when the designer puts all their design data in, and when it is actually posted to the queue, where they are either forced to preview their persona, or at the very least we have the large preview image that previews it when they hover over it. We also say something like
"STOP! Please preview your persona and make sure it displays how you expect it to. If it doesn't, please go back and adjust your submission before continuing"
in big, angry red text, like H2 maybe, and
"We want everyone to be using personas, so please submit designs that you think others would enjoy as well."
in regular, friendly black text. This would cut down on duplicate submissions, as well as edits for personas that didn't come out how designers expected. This could be done dynamically on the input/upload page, but it would be a bit more complicated and take more JS/JQuery know how.
Reproducible: Always

I'm cleaning up some bugs in preperation for the move to AMO. This bug will be fixed as a side effect of that transition, so I'm closing it now so we can narrow our scope and focus on what won't be fixed as a part of that move.
