Apparently, the name "drill" as short for firedrill is confusing, and we're using the term "chemspill" now, so let's rename that.
Marking FIXED, http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n/django-site/rev/cee5e658cb9c. I also removed the "new milestone" UI, as that didn't do anything and was just confusing. Also we'll change the logic around that anyway, so it's not gonna happen that way. https://l10n-stage-sj.mozilla.org/shipping/milestones has the new code.
