Details
(Whiteboard: [4b8])
Build ID:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b8) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b8
Prerequisites:
Clean profile
Steps:
1. Open a clean, firefox profile.
2. Press F11 or CMD+SHIFT+F(mac) to go into fullscreen
3. Exit fullscreen mode
4. Open addons manager (e.g. via Tools-> add-ons manager)
5. Repeat step 2 to enter again in fullscreen mode
Behavior:
Pay attention to step 2 and 5, and compare the time needed to get
in fullscreen in both cases. Having add-ons manager on focus,
there is a noticeable latency when going F11.
More, in win7, you can see a black stripe braking toolbar UI when sliding
to fullscreen.
Note: This is reproducible on all platforms. The black stripe is seen only in win7.
