I am not a computer expert either......... Reproducible: Always Expected Results: I have never had a problem opening my email before since using Mozilla Firefox approx. 1 yr ago. I tried calling 650 903 0800 to no avail.
Please ask for help on http://support.mozilla.com/. Bugzilla isn't designed for helping with this kind of issue.
