Currently, the CountSummary view
http://brasstacks.mozilla.com/couchdb/orange_factor/_design/woo/orange.html?display=CountSummary
is not filterable.  One should be able to see top bugs by suite,
platform, etc.  In general, the filters should be selectable across
the site and should correspond to bugzilla queries.
