Details
It would be nice to be able to annotate graphs, adding user-provided
information such as "this was when TraceMonkey merged" etc so that
such information may be meaningfully displayed and shared.

OrangeFactor is now EOL (bug 1367364), having been replaced by the new Intermittent Failures View (in bug 1367362):
