a couple of days with lot of trials, I found an reproductable Solution:
1. open Firefox
2. minimize the Firefox_Window
3. open a new Browser Window.
In the first window is no functioning right button with context menu
but in the second Firefox-Window everything works normal.

Since when has this started occurring?

Does this happen if you use a clean profile:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_make-a-new-profile
Component: File Handling → XP Toolkit/Widgets: Menus
Product: Firefox → Core
QA Contact: file.handling → xptoolkit.menus
Hardware: x86_64 → x86
