if you with mozilla click on: ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/netscape6/english/6.0/windows/win32/xpi/talkback.xpi you just get a spinning mozilla logo and no indication on what's going on... The spinning never stops.
Leaving aside the obvious bug, clicking on random talkback installs is a very BAD thing to do. The key thing about talkback is not just the reporting software, but the matching of the exact target software with symbol tables back on the host. The talkback version you install MUST MATCH the browser version you have installed or any reports will be useless garbage. As to the bug, is it a duplicate of bug 46318? If so let me know we can close it, if not we'll need a bit more detail.
Why be so wishy-washy? it sounds like a duplicate to me, so I'm closing it. This way chances are none of us have to comment on this bug again, and if it turns out not to be a duplicate, well, then, you would have had to edit the bug anyway to add more detail. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 46318 ***
