No loading feedback in windows without tabbar

If you have no tabbar, there is no way to tell if a page is loading or not. This can be seen in popups (every time) or on startup (if you have unchecked the "Always show the tab bar"). Steps to reproduce: 1) Check that you have tabs on top 2) Go to preferences > Tabs 3) Uncheck "Always show the tab bar" 4) Open a new window 5) Load a page
