Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
toolbars are shifted up

this might be related( same, but with autohide enabled)

Confirmed with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b10pre) Gecko/20110112 Firefox/4.0b10pre ID:20110112033217

However, marking as dupe of bug 616793 since symptoms so similar. I believe in both cases the toolbars are getting shifted up too far, it's just with autohide off, the toolbar was lower down to start with, so you can still see part of it.
