I thought I submitted this, but could not find it in a search.

On two different machines, I imported certificates (exported from Netscape 
4.76).
Both my certificates and the CAs certificates get trashed. They come in with 
wierd names like f'-- and cannot be edited, viewed, or deleted!

I was able to import the same certificates properly on another Netscape 4.76 
browser.

I need certificates to administer my Netscape certificate authority!

Confirming on the 120504 WinNT build. OK on Win98, Mac and Linux. After 
importing a cert, instead of seeing the cert listed, I see the present time 
[14:38:28] SSM_GetAndExpandText: SSM error -1 getting property string 
'cert_mine_hdrs'.

Addding regression keyword. Certificates imported into WinNT cannot be viewed or 
deleted.

The Web Sites tab and Authorities tab also does not show any certs.

There needs to be a utility to fix trashed certificate databases. My certificate
shows as "r--" and I cannot remove, view, or edit it. When I try, a window
briefly comes up and then goes away.

I have also seen the bug where text is printed out after the import.

Why is PSM so much slower than the security manager in the old Netscape?

Last night I tried to renew my prescriptions on https://merck-medco.com and PSM
crashed in the middle of the checkout. I killed Mozilla and tried again. When I
got to about the same place, I got the blue screen of death (on NT). This is not
acceptable performance.
