User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b8) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b8) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b8 There are a few of parameters you can use to control downloadmanager, like "browser.download.manager.showWhenStarting" "browser.download.manager.closeWhenDone" I think there is one missing which is "browser.download.manager.showintab" when you enable it, FF will open a tab to show the downloadmanager instead of a window, as far as I know most people don't like an extra window, and when it open the tab icon will become a throbber to show the download progress, since now we don't have a statusbar to show download progress. wouldn't it be nice to show it at tab icon? even if you pin the "downloadmanager tab" down, you can still see the progress. Reproducible: Always
