Moin Moin.
It would be very helpful to be able to resize the "bookmarks for all tabs"(Backtranslation from my German browser).
Right now it just resizes the window's border, not the content area (please see "http://soliman.de/resize%20of%20bookmarks%20for%20all%20tabs.png" for a sample.).
Summary: resize of bookmarks for all tabs just resizes the window' → resize of bookmarks for all tabs just resizes the window's border, not the content area.

I'd like to vote for this bug too.
It still exists in FF6.
