If you have a previous version of Firefox/Fennec or any the Mozilla testing tools (SUTAgent) installed, you may need to uninstall it before installing the beta version. Since this bug was filed, we've uploaded Firefox 4 beta 3 to the Android market. Can you install it from there successfully?
Is this still an issue with b4?
