I am able to create add-ons with duplicate names when one of the add-on is incomplete.
STR:
1. Upload an add-on
2. In step [3], change the add-on's name to that of an incomplete add-on("abraham lincoln")
expected behavior:
There is an error message as duplicate names are not allowed.
actual behavior:
Duplicate name is saved.
