Something sdwilsh suggested last week that we should do. I kind of agree, especially since we now seem to have test_history_store failing on 3.6 if not run after 'make clean'.

The observer for this is in test_places_guid_downgrade.js, it just needs to be moved to one of the head_*.js files. Maybe get a try run on Windows since removing files is involved and Windows is stupid about removing files.
test_corrupt_keys also fails dirty -- it uses history and tabs.
xpcshell tests now get their own profile that's discarded after every run.
