Bugs with [*disabled*] in their whiteboard entry should be detected
and the appropriate thing done with.

Attachment: Patch v1

* Adds a whiteboard column to the bug table, which displays the whiteboard contents with '[orange]' removed (given it will appear on every row).
* Marks rows whose whiteboard matches (disabled|annotated|marked) in the same row colour disabled bugs (added by bug 795843), just without the strikethrough.
