Now that we're completely off of Tiki, we could have a nice helper script to anonymize our data. Something in scripts/anonymize.sh|py maybe.

What should be in this?
* Truncating notifications_eventwatch
* Updating user emails (usernames too?) to something like user1@no.where
* Setting all passwords to something like 'testpass'?

(Unrelated: we should remove scripts/post-migration.sql)

Do you want something that will operate on a .sql file directly? We can move anonymize.sql into git and update it to ignore the tiki tables (once we drop them).

Yeah, pure sql would be better if we can get away with it.
