For the third time in the past couple of days, the input labels in the article editor have shown up in a different language. Each time as a different language. I'll attach a couple of screenshots.

I think Erik might have fixed the bulk of this last night.
Looks like there are some fields with default labels still (locale, significance and comment). We should probably just do another audit for any fields that don't have labels explicitly set at all.

I added some labels for significance and comment. Locale is a hidden input so I didn't bother.

Verified on master with log_replay to simulate the rapid locale switching of prod
