1. Go to the Advanced search form on Bugzilla
2. Click on the combobox next to "Whiteboard"
3. Select the option "does not match the regular expression"
4. Click on the down button
Actual Results:  
The option "does not match the regular expression" is not selected in the combobox.

Expected Results:  
The option "does not match the regular expression" should be selected in the combobox.
