We would like to get kelcom.net added to the ispdb.  I am attaching a patch to the latest svn co as of this morning, introducing the kelcom.net xml file to the appropriate directory.

So kelcom.net offers no secure connactions at all , could you add a link to a web documentation too ?

Sadly, no, we have no encryption currently enabled.

I will be enabling encrypted pop3/smtp connections in the new year, and will provide an updated ispdb xml configuration file for our service at that time.
