[from the etherpad] Mention tag limit of 20 in the restrictions

Currently the restriction is "Comma-separated, minimum of 2 characters. Example: pop, hen, yum. Limit 20" a) Can we make it less robotic by saying "Max limit is 20"? b) Also, what add-on would anyone tag with "hen"? bring "ocean" and "sailing" back.

A maximum implies a limit. "Maximum limit" is redundant. > b) Also, what add-on would anyone tag with "hen"? bring "ocean" and "sailing" > back. None of them make sense but mine are shorter.
