620895 - Uploading an add-on with an existing name gives an ugly error message

To reproduce:

1) Upload as a new add-on, an add-on with a new GUID but the same name as one that exists
2) be happy you don't have validation errors and click next
3) See an ugly error with no options to go anywhere.  Since we uploaded an add-on here, let's just append something on the end of name and let them change it later.

We didn't actually create an add-on.  There are more checks like valid guid and valid name before the add-on gets created, and we drop them back here otherwise.  There are no options to go anywhere since they haven't given us a valid file yet.

But that is an ugly error.
