another regression about 4.0b add-on manager compares to previous version:
add-on manager doesn't remember pulling down position.

In 3.6, I close add-on manager, next time I open it, the pulling down position will remain the same as the before. 
In 4.0b, every times you reload it, it reset the position, very annoying when tweaking addon: you have to find it out after you reload addon manager.
