Hi - I got SMTP authentication problem when setting email.
1. Using mail_delivery_method : SMTP::TLS
2. Entering parameters for SMTP_username : XXXX@gmail.com password : XXX
Throws below error
The new value for smtp_username is invalid: SMTP Authentication is not available. Run checksetup.pl for more details.
3. I am following this link http://www.dawood.in/bugzilla_alerts_using_gmail.html
SMTP server : smtp.gmail.com:587
It looks like things are not getting authenticated.
