Complete the upload process 3. Navigate to the custom license page for that add-on: https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/addon/dr-dan-streetmentioner1/license/1 observed behavior: HTML tags are visible This works fine in remora

We should autolink custom licenses but I'm fine not allowing HTML.
