Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a large file from a website.
2. Open history, right-click on the site you're visiting, and choose "Forget About This Site".

Actual Results:  
The file that is being downloaded from this site disappear from download manager (but the download is still in progress).

Expected Results:  
Shouldn't disappear from download manager.
