(Q1) Does "6 letters" mean string of "1NE5PK"?
(Q2) Does "using 6 letters" at step (1-C) mean "password of the account was changed at server from 1NE5PK4wp9 to 1NE5PK(6 letters) between step (1-B) and (1-C)?
(Q3) Is (1-A)/(1-B)/(1-C) phenomenon while mail account creation by Tb 3.1? Or phenomenon on alreay defined account in Tb?
(Q4) If Q2==Yes && Q3==while account definition by Tb 3.1, password like 1NE5PK4wp9 is still not usable(Authentication Failed is returned from server), even after successful account creation using "6 letters password"?
(Q5) If Q4==Yes, does your IMAP server support password in lower case
or password longer than 6 letters?
Please note that Web Mail and POP3 and IMAP are different systems even if they are provided by same/single ISP.

Can you check with Tb after password change at server to 1NE5PK4wp9 again?

If so, does login to your IMAP server with password=1NE5PK4wp9 using other mailer than Tb sucssesful even though login to your IMAP server with password=1NE5PK4wp9 using Tb fails?

One of next two. When comment #0,
(1) password at server != 1NE5PK4wp9
(2) password you typed != 1NE5PK4wp9
I CAPS Lock=On, or if IME is on, (2) happens.
