After customizing toolbars to show full screen button to right of the search box (with gome and reload moved to left of location box, and bookmarks button moved to bookmarks bar), entering fullscreen mode causes two exit full screen buttons to appear side-by-side in this area instead of the expected single button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Customize toolbars using View>Toolbars>Customize... to place enter full screen button to right of search box, and bookmarks button on bookmarks toolbar
2. Enter full screen mode via button or CMD-Shift-F
3. Observe two exit full-screen buttons
Actual Results:
There are two exit full screen buttons located side-by-side in area to right of search box

Expected Results:
One exit full screen button is visible in area to right of search box
