See the screenshot. Reproducible: Always
Still seeing this on the current nightly. It seems like all themes have slightly different addon icons: Mac: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/pinstripe/mozapps/extensions/extensionGeneric-16.png Windows: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/winstripe/mozapps/extensions/extensionGeneric-16.png Linux: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/gnomestripe/mozapps/extensions/extensionGeneric-16.png I am not sure what the best solution is here. Maybe a new 16px icon should be created from the Mac version of extensionGeneric.png which is not incorrectly mirrored.
