User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20101224 Firefox/4.0b9pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20101224 Firefox/4.0b9pre

Popup windows usually don't require any tabs/toolbars therefore it would be better to use the latter.

See screenshots for example

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a javascript, etc. to open a popup window. If tabs on top is set to default, the locationbar will be in blue
