User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.2; WOW64; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Mozilla Thunderbird v 3.1.7 I composed a message and included 4 inline jpg images. I reduced the image size from inside the composer. I unchecked attach image and alternative text. It looked good so I mailed it. Using manage ID's I set up 2 signatures on one emaail account. Using the composer, added an image, unchecked attach image, uncheccked alternative text, and wrapped text to the right. Then typed my name. I reduced the size (950x486 to 50x45). I then saved it as an html file. I then changed one of my ID's to use this file for my 2nd signature. I then composed another email which added the html signature file to the end inline. It also looked good so I sent it. When I looked at the first sent email, 3 of the 4 images showd up as correctly sized blocks with a small icon in the top left corner, but no image. The 4th image was showing exactly as I set it up. The 2nd email that should have had an image to the left of my name had only a correctly sized block with an icon in the top left corner. Now newly composed messages also are not showing the image beside my name. I also tried changing the sinature image from jpg to png. The result was still the same, no image. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Exactly as stated in summary details. 2. 3. Actual Results: Same as stated in summary details, but now there are no images at all, just correctly sized and positioned blocks whith an icon inside the top left corner. This is in my sent mail folder. The recipient sees only correctly sized and positioned grey blocks, no images at all. Expected Results: I was kinda hoping that deleting and redoing the signature and signature html file would resolve the problem and let me send emails with inline pictures rather than attachments. This only affects new outgoing mail using TB3. I can still see inline images from older mail received before Dec 7th and new incomming mail with inline images. I can also forward mail with inline images but if I add a new image, the new image suffers the same problem. Outlook express is still installed.
