Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Fennec 2. Go to news.google.com 3. Click on the page content (outside of any link) to move focus to the content area 4. Go to the preferences pane from the control bar 5. Use up/down arrow keys to scroll 6. Go back to the browser window Actual Result: The page content is scrolled Expected result: The page content should not get scrolled when arrow keys are used in different pane Reproducible: Always

Sounds like we need to use the "contentShowing" trick to control the scrolling.
