The buttons in the post-editing UIs (new topic or reply) make it very easy to accidentally save a draft when what you meant to do was just submit the post. It's then a pain to find the draft and actually post it. The current order of the buttons is: SAVE PREVIEW SUBMIT Reading left-to-right, it can be easy to see "Save" and click it before realizing that "Submit" is really what you wanted. At the very least, it would help to label the buttons: Save As Draft Preview Submit Post Reordering them so that Submit is the leftmost might also be helpful. (I realize that the position of the primary action button varies across platforms, and is not standardized for web forms.)

The buttons are rearranged and relabeled, and the Post button is even a different color now to stand out even more.
