Somehow Firefox sync doesn't properly synchronize all bookmarks between my computers. 

Logs reads everything is fine and synchronization was successful.

Thank you for your data! I will take a look and see if I can reproduce.

In the meantime, can you reproduce this issue reliably? If so, perhaps you can turn up the logging for bookmark sync and provide us with more detailed logs? That would be very helpful. I've summarized the steps here: https://philikon.wordpress.com/2010/12/28/bookmark-sync-issues/. Thanks!
