At least 5 or 6 bookmarks move to a new position. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load new browser window 2. 3. Actual Results: Bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar lose their previous position. Expected Results: Bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar should be in the position had last had them in.
Please try the beta version and check if this is still happening.
Which beta version? I have over 20 add-ons for my browser and i don't believe all are yet supported for Firefox 4.

No, I can not. I haven't had this issue since Firefox 7 was released. Thanks for following up.
