It does not interface with the chase site and it beyond slow to the point it is a waste of time. I have to use Internet Explorer which has no problem whatsoever running the site. I hate Internet Explorer and would be grateful if someone could address this problem. I have contacted Chase and they say it must be a Firefox issue.
