While using the browser, you cant scroll with mouse pad. You must go to the side of the window and take the scroll bar to scroll. This is somehow a little annoying

Works for me. Are you facing the issue in any particular website. Please try by creating a new profile and check if you are able to reproduce.

This bug was reported using a pre-release version of Firefox 4. Now that Firefox 4.0.1 final has been released, can you please update and retest your bug? A fresh profile would be a good starting place to test,
